We pick up all parties at The Nashville Tractor (747 Fesslers Ln, Nashville, TN 37210) There is extremely limited parking so be sure to Uber or Lyft.

Please arrive 15-20 min early!

Waiver

Each guest is required to fill out and submit a liability waiver before the ride begins. The link for the digital waiver is sent to the email used for booking. Please have all waivers submitted before arrival.

Why can’t we BYOB anymore?

Our drink policy changed effective 11/1/25 as part of our new partnership with The Nashville Tractor and Buckwild Bar Nashville. This update applies to all rides moving forward, regardless of when the booking was made. Because the change happened recently, we’re notifying upcoming groups as quickly as possible.

To help offset the change, all Hell On Wheels guests now receive 50% off all drinks purchased at Buckwild Bar Nashville before their ride — and most groups actually end up saving money with the discounted pricing.

Most importantly, your ride continues to support our mission and the incredible work we do with Homes For Our Troops, helping build custom homes for severely wounded veterans. 🇺🇸🦅

Tour length / truck safety

The tour will last roughly 1.5 hours including the scheduled pit stop. There is no standing allowed on the benches.

Attire

We want all of our guest to have fun and be comfortable! Be sure to bring a pair of comfortable shoes and dress accordingly!

TIPS

Tips are greatly appreciated, our team works hard to provide our customers with the best party tour experience in Nashville! At the end of the ride your party concierge will provide a Venmo code for gratuity.

Types of tours

PRIVATE TOURS

Currently we are only offering private tours. We find that our groups have a better experience when it is just their group on the trucks instead of putting random groups together.

Cancellation Policy

Please send an email to nick@hellonwheelsnashville.com | If you can't make your tour we can offer your party crew, a voucher good for (1) year from the date of cancellation. Repeat. No refund will be issued and only a voucher will be given. If you cancel your tour within 10-days of your reserved tour time, we reserve the right to deny you a voucher, due to stocking the bus, staffing the bus, and reserving your bus for your set tour time. If you do cancel within 10-days of your reserved tour time You MAY be eligible for a voucher if you can provide proper documentation showing the extenuating circumstances that prevented your crew from coming.

• All bookings made through Groupon will receive digital vouchers only regardless of booking date.

Rain / inclement weather

At Hell On Wheels, we roll rain, snow, or shine! Our party trucks are equipped with a full canopy system to keep you dry during rainy weather and shaded on those hot summer days. In the winter months, we’ve got heaters onboard to keep things warm and cozy. No matter the forecast, the party goes on!
