We pick up all parties at The Nashville Tractor (747 Fesslers Ln, Nashville, TN 37210) There is extremely limited parking so be sure to Uber or Lyft.

Please arrive 1 hour early!

Each guest is required to fill out and submit a liability waiver before the ride begins. The link for the digital waiver is sent to the email used for booking. Please have all waivers submitted before arrival.

As part of our partnership with The Nashville Tractor and Buckwild Bar Nashville, Hell On Wheels is not BYOB. All beverages must be purchased at Buckwild Bar Nashville before boarding.

2 to 3 hours. We recommend arriving 45 mins to an hour before ride time for checking, preparty, yard games etc… the party ride is 90 mins and the after party includes BOGO drinks.

We want all of our guest to have fun and be comfortable! Be sure to bring a pair of comfortable shoes and dress accordingly!

Tips are greatly appreciated, our team works hard to provide our customers with the best party tour experience in Nashville! At the end of the ride your party concierge will provide a Venmo code for gratuity.

PRIVATE TOURS

Currently we are only offering private tours. We find that our groups have a better experience when it is just their group on the trucks instead of putting random groups together.

Customers receive a full refund or credit with at least two weeks’ notice. Full refunds or credits are also issued if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. To cancel or ask about a cancellation, please call us. No-shows will be charged the full price.

At Hell On Wheels, we roll rain, snow, or shine! Our party trucks are equipped with a full canopy system to keep you dry during rainy weather and shaded on those hot summer days. In the winter months, we’ve got heaters onboard to keep things warm and cozy. No matter the forecast, the party goes on!
